Message	$5k-10k, but the whole 400 miles on the engine (I hope not a JDM engine?) is always a risk. What maintenance has it had? If the foglight is the only damage, why not pick up a used one for $10? Good luck, but you seriously need to get some pictures and describe the car in way more detail.
